There have been a lot of things, but my back, which used to be a chronic disease, has become very bad recently.
It started in mid-March, and eventually it became uncomfortable to move around.
After a month, I went to the hospital, took a look at City, and three disks escaped from the tailbone to the top.
I couldn’t operate, so I was trying my best to recover from neurotherapy, physical therapy, frequency therapy, and so on.
The biggest problem is my crooked posture rather than the damage caused by exercise.
It’s called Gangnam Station Jungangtong. It’s Gangnam downtown, which has the concept of a city that’s not very common in big cities.
It was once a place where people who lived in Gangnam Station gathered for a very long time when they played or drank when they bought something.
These days, downtowns are well formed in each neighborhood, so many steps to the city are cut off, but it is still a place of memories of Gangnam Station residents and a place that will not disappear.
I’ve been thinking about opening a stamp in the city for a long time, but the conditions weren’t that good and the plan was postponed indefinitely due to the overlapping of various events and corona.
Ta-da! We’re finally getting started.
In order to become a famous place in Gangnam, where the remaining memories are remembered and talked about, I’ll work hard to make it so that I can enjoy the jujitsu life. Just thinking about it makes my heart flutter.

I’ve had a neck disc since February last year.
I was worried because it was a time when I couldn’t exercise properly, but I wanted to make a reason to rehabilitate and treat all the sick places that I’ve been putting off.
Fortunately, the other team did ok.
The tension I haven’t felt in a long time. It’s so great.

Coach Woo-guk Hwang, a promising trainer who will be my trainer before my match, did waist rehabilitation and basic body balance exercises.
I’ll worked out very hard.

I’m going back and forth and taking classes from time to time.
Next week or the next week, when my back and neck condition get 대흥주짓수 better, I’m going to start training Jiu-Jitsu in earnest!

I’m gonna have to be a vegetarian! I started without any worries.
I decided to eat vegetarian food that allows even fish.
Eggs and dairy products no! Of course, animals that are slaughtered indiscriminately are pitiful, but for my health and the results of this competition, rather than animal protection.
